In Muntinlupa City, coding hours only apply on Alabang-Zapote Road. 2. Select Junctions Connected to Alabang–Zapote Road: These areas act as funnels, pushing vehicles into already congested main roads so controlling entry helps prevent gridlock buildup. These aren’t always fully coded end-to-end, but enforcement happens at the following choke points, especially during peak hours:
- Entry/exit points near Filinvest / Northgate
- Busy intersections feeding into Alabang–Zapote Road
